From 3 to 8 November 2014, the Euromed 2014 Conference on Cultural Heritage was held in Limassol, Cyprus (www.euromed2014.eu). The special session on remote sensing, chaired by Gunter Schreider, Deputy Director of Earth Observation Science at DLR, featured several presentations from ISPRS, Cyprus Technical University, Politecnico di Milano and the European Space Agency.
The ITACA project was presented by Alessio Di Iorio (ALMA Sistemi, see picture), on behalf of the consortium, illustrating the preliminary results and generating widespread interest among conference attendees.
The project paper has been published in the official SPRINGER proceedings, which include all project contributions under the volume: Digital Heritage.
